Education with no borders!

The Distance Education Department of the Islamic College (Openstudy) was established on the basis of the ideals that have always governed the quest for knowledge in the Muslim world, from its outset to the present day. These ideals are religious and spiritual, moral and intellectual, theoretical and practical. Academic excellence together with moral refinement, within the framework of clearly enunciated religious principles; transform the desire for theoretical knowledge into a process of skill and profound assimilation.

Founded in 2000 the department offered diplomas and non-degree courses. In 2003 we upgraded our service by launching a website at "www.openstudy.org" .The department currently offers two MA awards which have been validated by Middlesex University. We are confident that this will help us to achieve the high standards of academic endeavour.
